Noel is your first real introduction to fishing in Moonlight Peaks — a warlock of the Webb family, the town’s witch and warlock household, who bets you 250 gold that you can’t land three different fish before he does. Win or lose, that wager is how most players unlock their fishing rod, and it’s also your introduction to a confirmed romance option.

All bravado, secretly soft
The launch bio gives Noel a lot more than a fishing rod. He’s a dashing warlock who cheerfully calls himself “the face of Moonlight Peaks,” and there’s nothing — flirting, fishing, or more flirting — he won’t try his hand at. But the confidence is a front: Noel privately struggles to live up to his own self-image, and his angling is as much a relaxing escape from his romantic failures as it is a hobby. Under all the swagger, he’s really just looking for someone who’ll accept him for who he actually is, rather than who he pretends to be — which is exactly the arc his romance follows.
