She sells magical crops, takes care of any lost creatures she comes across, and lives at her own easy rhythm. For a newcomer vampire learning the ropes, a welcoming witch is exactly the kind of neighbour you want nearby.
The nature witch in the windmill
Luna’s home is an old windmill right on the edge of town, in the Moonlit Pines area — a fitting base for a witch whose whole life is plants, animals and the quiet rhythm of the land. Post-launch coverage settles what pre-launch sources argued over: she’s a nature witch, not a generic “farming witch,” and while she carries her own surname, Aranea, she’s a distant cousin of the Webb witches — Fiona, Noel and Sabrina. She sits at the crossroads of two of the game’s core systems — the enchanted farming you do under moonlight and the witchcraft and spellcasting you pick up as you settle in.
A calm, caring romance option
Luna “feels like the definition of calm,” in the words of the launch romance showcase — mysterious on the surface, but genuinely caring once you get to know her. On her less busy days she’ll wander into Coffee & Coffins for a drink, swapping stories and lending an ear, and she makes time whenever the seer Alina comes around. She’s spent a long time building her cosy, perfect life — and all she’s missing now is someone to share it with.
