If Moonlight Peaks has a festival that sums up the whole game — cozy, gothic, and grinning like a jack-o’-lantern — it’s the Evernight Festival. This is the town’s Halloween season, run across Fall 26–28 by Pumpkin Head himself: the witches string up decorations, candy bowls appear on every corner, Orlock saws away at a violin in the square, and for three nights the whole town leans all the way into spooky season. Here’s the schedule, how to farm Evernight Coins, and everything waiting in the Evernight Shop.

When is the Evernight Festival?

The Evernight Festival takes place every year from Fall 26 to 28 (Autumn 26–28). Like every festival in the game it’s seasonal and easy to miss — note it on your in-game calendar, because once it’s gone the next one is a full year away. Unlike the one-night Moonlight Ball, Evernight is a three-day affair with something different happening each day, so plan to keep the whole stretch reasonably free.

The Evernight Festival transforms the town square with jack-o'-lanterns, candy bowls, balloons and string lights, with festival stalls set up around the stone plaza.

Evernight Festival schedule

Each day of the festival has its own centrepiece event:

DayWhat happens
Fall 26The festival opens. Luna’s Twilight Showcase begins — you can display up to six of your best crops on the tables at the pier.
Fall 27Aras hosts the Evernight Fashion Show, where you dress three models using outfits, makeup, shoes, jewellery and accessories.
Fall 28After the Evernight Banquet — where the whole town gathers to celebrate — the Twilight Showcase winner is announced. The winner receives 100 Evernight Coins.

The through-line across all three days is Evernight Coins, the festival currency you’ll spend at Sabrina’s shop. The more activities you take part in, the more you bank.

How to earn Evernight Coins

Evernight Coins only exist during the festival, and there are three main ways to earn them:

Twilight Showcase (Luna)

The showcase is a crop competition. On Fall 26 you place up to six crops on the pier tables; they’re judged on the final evening (Fall 28) after the banquet. The winner walks away with 100 Evernight Coins in one shot — by far the biggest single payout of the festival — so this is where your farm planning pays off. Save your highest-quality harvest (top-star crops) for it rather than selling everything; a strong autumn crop run leading into Fall 26 is the difference between placing and going home empty-handed.

Jitterbug (Elvira)

Hosted by Elvira, Jitterbug is a match-three puzzle — you match critters horizontally or vertically, and higher scores reward more Evernight Coins. It’s the repeatable, skill-based way to top up your coin count between the bigger set-pieces.

Pumpkin Dash (Pumpkin Head)

Pumpkin Dash, run by Pumpkin Head, is the game’s take on red-light, green-light: you cross a field while Pumpkin Head has his back turned, and if he spins round and catches you moving, you’re sent back to the start. Place well for both coins and a cosmetic:

  • 1st place — 10 Evernight Coins + Pumpkin Beanie
  • 2nd place — 5 Evernight Coins + Pumpkin Beanie

The Evernight Shop (Sabrina)

Everything you earn feeds into the Evernight Shop, run by Sabrina. It’s stocked with festival-exclusive items you can’t get any other way, so spend deliberately — coins don’t carry the same weight once the festival ends.

Food & recipes. Autumn comfort food: Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Pie and Pumpkin Stew are all available as both ready-made items and learnable recipes (1 coin each) — cheap, and worth grabbing the recipes so you can cook them year-round. The shop also carries treats like Chocolate, Wrapped Candy and Lollipops.

Furniture. This is the heart of the shop — a full spread of spooky-season decor for your homestead, priced from 1 coin up:

  • Cheap (1–4 coins): pumpkin teapots and teacups, houseplants of every shape, winged coffee mugs, and a run of gravestones and tombs (Basic, Skull, Roman, Frame, Coffin) for building your own little graveyard corner.
  • Mid (5–19 coins): festive tables, fairy-light shelves, a Bat Lantern Pole, balloon arch, Wacky Jack o’ Lantern, Festive Tree and Light Chain.
  • Big-ticket: Spooky Wallpaper (29), a Tent (39), and the standout Scarecrow at 59 coins — decorative and functional for the farm.

The Arcane Flame (399 coins). The festival’s premium prize is the Arcane Flame tool at 399 Evernight Coins. It’s the reason to grind every activity you can across the three days — realistically a multi-year goal unless you dominate the Twilight Showcase, so treat Evernight as a recurring event to chip away at.

Blueprints. A couple of craftables round it out — a Yoga Mat blueprint (4 coins) and a Round Festive Table blueprint (9 coins) for the workbench.

How to make the most of Evernight

  • Farm for the Showcase first. The 100-coin Twilight Showcase prize dwarfs everything else — walk into Fall 26 with six top-quality crops saved and you’re already ahead.
  • Grind Jitterbug for the top-ups. It’s the repeatable earner; a good match-three run each day adds up faster than the one-off mini-games.
  • Prioritise the recipes. At 1 coin each, the pumpkin recipes are the best value in the shop — buy the recipes, not just the finished dishes, so autumn cooking stays open all year.
  • Treat the Arcane Flame as a long game. At 399 coins it’s not a one-festival buy; bank toward it across Evernights.
  • It’s still a social night. Like every festival, the whole town is in one place — a dense window for talking to residents and nudging relationships along.
