Winston
Henderson human & romance option
“I'm just a regular guy in a town full of… whatever you all are.”
Winston is a human of the Henderson family in Moonlight Peaks and a confirmed romance option — the town's most reluctant skeptic, dragged here by his family, with a heart of gold under all the nerves.
Winston is “probably the most skeptical person in town” — a human of the Henderson family, a confirmed romance option, and a guy who very much did not sign up to live in a town full of vampires and witches. He’s the reluctant everyman of the launch roster, and a surprisingly sweet one.
The skeptic who got dragged along
It was his family’s decision to move to Moonlight Peaks, and now Winston is… stuck. He doesn’t really buy into all the supernatural stuff and would honestly rather pretend none of it exists — a running contrast with his supernatural-obsessed sister Jada and aunt Persephone, the rest of the human Henderson house. His overactive imagination doesn’t help; left to it, he’ll suspect the worst from every supernatural neighbour in town.
A heart of gold under the nerves
But can you blame him? He’s just a regular guy. Winston might be a bit of a scaredy-cat and a little awkward, but he’s got a heart of gold — and once he feels comfortable and lets his guard down, he really lets loose. Getting him there is the whole arc of his romance: the reward is the fun, warm person hiding under all that caution. Courting him as a vampire is half the comedy — his opening line is a nervous “So, um, what do vampires even do for fun?” His birthday is Spring 13.
Winston’s loved & disliked gifts
Winston has seven loved gifts in the current release data:
| Reaction | Gift |
|---|---|
| 💜 Loved | Alchemist’s Globe (Large), Alchemist’s Globe (Small), Blue Azalea, Diamond, Drippy Hat, Golden Egg, Shakshuka |
| 👍 Liked | Many blue flowers, berries and processed fruit; see the full guide for examples |
| 👎 Disliked | Cheese Soup, chocolate desserts, Honey, Mocha, Pancakes, Trash |
A Blue Azalea or home-cooked Shakshuka is usually more replaceable than treasure. The current table lists several chocolate items as dislikes and notes a possible reaction bug, so avoid them for now. See the complete Winston romance guide for birthday, date and proposal planning, or compare every resident in the full gift guide.
